POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Junior Recruiter / HR Generalist, you will support the end-to-end hiring process by sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, coordinating and conducting initial interviews, and helping evaluate talent against role requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, contribute to talent acquisition strategies, and ensure candidate pipelines are accurate and well-organized within the database/ATS. You will also help improve recruitment workflows and deliver a professional, positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
- Support the design and execution of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and manage the candidate database/ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience and/or studies in HR Recruitment or a related role.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field will be considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills across diverse personalities and seniority levels
- Knowledge of market trends or fluency in more languages will be considered an asset.
