POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Marketing Lead will be the Swiss-army-knife marketing operator who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. This is not a “social media assistant” role. This is a core growth position inside a fintech group operating across SaaS, Marketing and Social trading communities.
Responsibilities
- Building marketing structure from the inside
- Working directly with senior management
- Influencing product positioning
- Scaling brands internationally
- UI/UX oversight across platforms (working closely with dev & product teams)
- Website & funnel optimization (conversion-driven mindset)
- Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, performance campaigns, retargeting)
- Social media management (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)
- Brand positioning & messaging consistency
- Creative direction (landing pages, visuals, campaign concepts)
- Analytics & reporting (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, growth KPIs)
Requirements
- 2+ years in digital marketing (fintech experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong UI/UX understanding (Figma, user flows, conversion psychology)
- Hands-on PPC experience with measurable results
- Content + social media strategy capability
- Data-driven decision maker
- Fast executor, not theory-oriented
- Comfortable in a high-growth, high-accountability environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Trading / CFDs / crypto /AI
- SaaS marketing Performance funnels in regulated environments
