This is not a \u201csocial media assistant\u201d role. This is a core growth position inside a fintech group operating across SaaS, Marketing and Social trading communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building marketing structure from the inside<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working directly with senior management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influencing product positioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaling brands internationally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UI\/UX oversight across platforms (working closely with dev &amp; product teams)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website &amp; funnel optimization (conversion-driven mindset)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, performance campaigns, retargeting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media management (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand positioning &amp; messaging consistency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative direction (landing pages, visuals, campaign concepts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytics &amp; reporting (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, growth KPIs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2+ years in digital marketing (fintech experience is a strong advantage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong UI\/UX understanding (Figma, user flows, conversion psychology)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on PPC experience with measurable results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content + social media strategy capability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-driven decision maker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast executor, not theory-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable in a high-growth, high-accountability environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trading \/ CFDs \/ crypto \/AI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SaaS marketing Performance funnels in regulated environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why join?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Excellent Salary \/ Life &amp; Work Balance \/ Career Growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>on behalf of our client POSITION OVERVIEW As an\u00a0Marketing Lead\u00a0will be the Swiss-army-knife marketing operator who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.
