As a <strong>Digital Marketing Lead<\/strong>\u00a0will be accountable for measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution, working alongside an external digital marketing agency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set and deliver ambitious MQL and SQL targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve MQL \u2192 SQL conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimise the full funnel: traffic \u2192 lead \u2192 MQL \u2192 SQL \u2192 opportunity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and fix leakage points in the funnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase high-intent inbound leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve website and landing page conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop structured cross-sell and upsell marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all campaigns are ROI-driven and measurable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharpen the commercial positioning of research and data products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure value propositions are clear, differentiated and outcome-focused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align all messaging to target platform leaders and engineering leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute commercially valuable PR initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strategic content distribution partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase qualified traffic and visibility within the developer ecosystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure visibility initiatives support pipeline goals, not vanity metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, data or research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in demand generation and funnel optimisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of increasing MQLs and improving conversion rates.<br>Experience working in tight alignment with Sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical mindset; confident working with marketing metrics and CRM data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience building and executing performance-focused marketing strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercially minded and target-driven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable being accountable for measurable outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in marketing research, analytics or data products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using AI tools to optimise marketing performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why join?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Competitive Compensation &amp; Performance Upside \/ Lifestyle Perks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POSITION OVERVIEW A highly data-driven, performance-led leadership role.
